Q: Which applications are not recommended?
A: The V7 Vivid Air is not recommended for battery-powered devices, including headphone amps, DACs, and DSPs. It is also not recommended for AM/FM tuners or reel-to-reel players.
Q: What should I know before installation?
A: Turn off and disconnect the device from power. Let the op-amp cool before handling, and align its Pin 1 indicator with the socket’s Pin 1 mark. Contact customer support if you are unsure.
Q: Can MC303 pass audio when powered off?
A: Yes. When powered off, Input A bypasses directly to Output 1, so audio can continue to pass through normally. VU metering and channel switching require power.
Q: How many op-amps are included?
A: Each box contains one pair of V7 Vivid Air Dual Op-Amps.
