FAQs
Q: Why is there still sound after VOL-4 is turned off, and why is it louder?
A: This is normal. When powered but switched off, VOL-4 passes the RCA signal through at full volume, bypassing volume and tone controls. Lower source or downstream volume before switching on/off.
Q: What is the GND terminal used for?
A: If your turntable ground lead is too short, VOL-4 can act as an intermediate grounding point between the turntable and your amplifier or phono preamp, giving you more flexibility in equipment placement.
Q: Why doesn’t the remote control include batteries?
A: The remote requires 2 × AAA batteries, which are not included. Please prepare them separately before use.
